A little late for Halloween this year but here you go. This simple photo editing tutorial shows you how to create a scary Halloween face using the FREE and powerful Snapseed app ( IOS or Android ). This screencast was recording on an iPad Air 2 using Reflector 2 software from AirSquirrels.
